Responsibility
- Lead design and development of analog and digital circuits for power and control systems
- Architect and validate embedded electronic systems from concept to production
- Oversee prototyping, testing, verification, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and reliability
- Own design documentation, risk management, and design reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of innovation and quality
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications
Qualification
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering; M.S. preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical design experience for embedded systems or power electronics
- Proficiency with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
- Strong prototyping, debugging, and lab skills
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC, regulatory standards, and design for safety (UL/IEC)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Experience with design for manufacturability and testability
