We are seeking a results-driven Senior Electrical Engineer to join NexCircuit Innovations, a leading provider of power electronics and embedded systems solutions. This role combines hands-on circuit design with system-level architectural decisions.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits for power electronics.
- Develop power modules and PCB assemblies with emphasis on efficiency and reliability.
- Perform system-level simulations (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and tolerance analyses.
- Own design reviews, DFx (DFM/DFT), test plans, and production support.
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and software teams to define requirements and schedules.
- Develop and execute robust validation and reliability testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and standards.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog/digital circuit design and power electronics.
- Strong PCB design experience using Altium or equivalent tool; good layout practices.
- Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and LabVIEW.
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC, safety standards, and regulatory compliance (IEC/UL).
- Proven track record delivering high-reliability electrical systems across product lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- U.S. work authorization or eligibility to work in the United States.
