We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and development across hardware platforms, with a strong emphasis on power electronics, control systems, and robust reliability.

Responsibility

  • Lead design and validation of analog and digital power electronics for controlled energy conversion, including DC-DC, DC-AC, and inverter topologies.
  • Develop and execute hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test plans; perform validation and reliability testing.
  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, and safety teams to define system requirements and interface specifications.
  • Own PCB layout and component selection; oversee BOM, supplier engagement, and cost optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and ensure documentation compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze thermal management, EMI/EMC, and regulatory compliance (UL, IEC 61000) for safe deployment.
  • Support product transfer to manufacturing, including debugging and troubleshooting in production.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics, high-power conversion, or energy systems.
  • Proficiency with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and data analysis tools; experience with PCB design tools (Altium preferred).
  • Strong understanding of control theory, analog/digital circuit design, and signal integrity.
  • Experience with safety and EMC standards (UL, IEC 61000, CE) and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States or eligible for work visa sponsorship.
