- Design, analyze, and optimize electrical power systems from generation to distribution.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams for large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
- Oversee power system integration, relay coordination, and protective schemes.
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, technical specifications, and client reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, IEEE, and regional codes and standards.
- Collaborate with utility partners, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibility
- Design and review electrical power systems for generation, transmission, and distribution projects.
- Lead project teams throughout the full engineering lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence.
- Perform load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies using advanced software tools.
- Develop and validate detailed drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Interface with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, delivering expert technical guidance.
- Supervise field installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous team development initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; PE license preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical power systems engineering.
- Proven track record with utility-scale projects or industrial facilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and NERC standards.
- Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or similar electrical power analysis software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- US work authorization required.
