Job description

LuminaTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Employee Training Specialist to lead the design and delivery of impactful training programs for a fast growing tech organization. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and analytics to elevate performance and engagement across teams.

In this role you will partner with leadership to identify skill gaps, develop scalable curricula, and measure impact using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibility

  • Lead the end to end design, development, and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs for 200+ employees.
  • Partner with stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and define clear learning objectives.
  • Create engaging curricula using instructional design best practices and eLearning tools.
  • Facilitate live and virtual sessions with diverse audiences and strong learner engagement.
  • Measure program effectiveness through evaluations, performance metrics, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain and curate a comprehensive learning library within the LMS and knowledge portal.
  • Collaborate with HR, managers, and leadership to align training with business goals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Psychology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple programs concurrently.
  • Ability to influence across functions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
