Responsibility
- Lead the development and optimization of thin-film deposition processes (CVD and diffusion) for NAND memory devices.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments; translate findings into scalable production processes with robust yield.
- Collaborate with process integration, device physics, materials science, and equipment teams to drive process improvements.
- Develop and implement process control strategies, statistical methods, and defect reduction initiatives.
- Apply AI-powered analytics and real-time data to optimize deposition parameters, throughput, and efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation, qualification protocols, and risk assessments for new processes and equipment.
- Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and present results to cross-functional audiences.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in a high-purity cleanroom environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor process development, specifically CVD or diffusion for thin films.
- Strong understanding of NAND memory devices, deposition kinetics, and diffusion processes.
- Experience with DOE, SPC, data analytics (Python, R, MATLAB) and AI-enabled optimization.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations, CVD reactors, diffusion furnaces, and process qualification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to document technical work clearly and present to stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Singapore and adapt to a fast-paced, global team.
