Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle for a defined San Francisco territory, targeting enterprise accounts with significant ARR potential.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to align customer goals with our cloud platform and demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Identify and engage C-level stakeholders, build executive relationships, and lead compelling business case presentations.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Marketing to tailor proposals and overcome objections.
  • Maintain a rigorous forecast and robust pipeline in Salesforce; provide accurate weekly updates to leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value for both NovaTech and the customer.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and playbooks.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales with a proven track record of quota attainment (ideally 1M+ ARR).
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating complex buying committees in Fortune 1000 environments.
  • Strong consultative selling, value-based messaging, and ROI-focused storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close large deals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM; data-driven forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
