At Aurora Dynamics, we empower mid-market and enterprise clients with transformative software solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to cultivate new business, upsell existing clients, and drive revenue across a defined territory. This role blends strategic prospecting with consultative solution selling, requiring strong discovery, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
As part of the Revenue team, you will partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a consistently superior buyer experience and achieve annual targets.
Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for target segments
- Lead product demonstrations and ROI-focused conversations with C-level buyers
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns and events
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including contract negotiation
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
Qualification
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales or equivalent field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
