Join Stellar Entertainment Collective as a Senior Entertainment Content Producer. Lead the creative development and production of high-impact video, short films, and digital media campaigns for a global audience. Based in Los Angeles, you will collaborate with directors, writers, editors, and cross-functional teams to craft stories that ignite engagement and align with brand strategy.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production of entertainment content from concept to delivery across multiple formats
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, shot lists, and production timelines with cross-functional partners
- Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery
- Coordinate talent casting, location permissions, and permits while maintaining compliance and safety standards
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, color, sound design, and delivery to distribution partners
- Partner with marketing and distribution teams to optimize content for platform-specific requirements and audience segments
- Mentor junior producers and freelancers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance production culture
- Measure impact through analytics and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and ROI
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in entertainment content production or a closely related role
- Strong storytelling ability with a track record of producing compelling video and digital content
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with video editing and post-production tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Portfolio or reel showcasing diverse formats and successful campaigns
