Job description
NovaPlay Studios is seeking a Senior Entertainment Producer to lead the development and production of high-profile film and TV projects. You will shepherd initiatives from concept through delivery, collaborating with writers, directors, networks, and internal teams to ensure creative excellence and on-time, on-budget execution.
In this role, you will shape ideas, manage cross-functional teams, and drive creative and operational excellence across multiple projects in parallel. You will partner with executives to translate creative concepts into scalable production plans that maximize audience impact and profitability.
Responsibility
- Lead development and production from concept to delivery across multiple projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with writers, directors, networks, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee casting, location scouting, and production logistics
- Ensure the creative vision aligns with brand strategy and audience goals
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report to executives
- Lead post-production coordination and delivery of final assets
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in film/TV development or production
- Proven track record delivering projects on budget and on schedule
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of development, production workflows, and post-production processes
- Experience collaborating with networks, studios, agencies, and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with project management tools and budgeting software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects concurrently
