We are seeking a data-driven Senior Entertainment Recruiter to lead talent sourcing, casting outreach, and full-cycle recruitment for creative and production teams in Los Angeles.

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will partner with executive producers, showrunners, and department heads to identify, engage, and secure top talent who bring stories to life. You will manage multiple high-profile searches, tailor recruitment strategies to project-based roles, and champion a diverse and inclusive hiring process.

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for creative, production, and operations roles on multiple projects in film and television.
  • Lead proactive talent sourcing, casting outreach, and candidate experience optimization to attract top entertainment talent.
  • Partner with showrunners, producers, and executives to understand role requirements and build effective talent pipelines.
  • Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies including campus recruiting, industry networks, and casting agencies.
  • Negotiate offers and manage complex contracts ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and provide regular reporting on hiring progress.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market metrics to leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or Entertainment industry roles.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on film, TV, or live events.
  • Strong network within the entertainment talent ecosystem and casting community.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, negotiation, and closing offers for high-profile roles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion and a track record of implementing inclusive hiring practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
