Responsibility
- Lead design and feasibility studies for environmental engineering projects, including water resources, stormwater, and site remediation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop technical analyses, reports, and permitting strategies and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
- Perform hydrological modeling and GIS analyses to inform design decisions.
- Provide mentoring and supervision to junior engineers and field staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in environmental engineering or consulting.
- Proficiency in hydrology, hydraulics, water resources design, and remediation technologies.
- Experience with regulatory permitting (EPA, state environmental agencies) and risk assessment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS) and modeling tools; CAD/BIM experience a plus.
- Professional Engineer license or eligibility in Washington state.
- Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings as needed.
