Join our growing Environmental Engineering team in Seattle. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Environmental Engineer to lead environmental planning, permitting, and engineering projects for industrial and municipal clients. Responsibility
- Lead environmental assessments and feasibility studies for complex projects
- Design and optimize water resources, stormwater, and wastewater systems
- Prepare permit applications and manage regulatory compliance with EPA, state agencies, and local authorities
- Conduct site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation planning
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver on-time, on-budget projects
- Perform data analysis, modeling, and reporting using GIS and hydraulic tools
- Support project management activities including budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development with technical proposals
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master in Environmental Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in environmental engineering or consulting
- Professional Engineer PE license or ability to obtain in Washington
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations including Clean Water Act and NEPA
- Experience with GIS, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling tools (HEC-RAS, InfoWorks, or similar)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
