BlueMarsh Environmental Group is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead impactful projects in environmental remediation, water resources, and regulatory compliance. This role blends technical excellence with client collaboration and strong project leadership.

Responsibility
- Lead environmental site assessments, remediation designs, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Direct project scope, schedule, and budget management for multiple client engagements.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, groundwater modeling, and stormwater management design.
- Prepare permit applications, regulatory documentation, and liaise with agencies (EPA, WA DOE, local authorities).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including geology, chemistry, and civil engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, review technical data, and ensure quality control across deliverables.
- Support business development with proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualification
- B.S. in Environmental Engineering or related field; M.S. or PE preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental engineering, remediation, or water resources projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in WA or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS (ArcGIS), and modelling tools (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, STELLA or similar).
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (Clean Water Act, NEPA, SDWA) and permitting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and operate in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong data analysis, report writing, and presentation abilities.
