EcoTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead technically complex projects and mentor junior staff in our Houston practice. You will design, evaluate, and implement environmental solutions across water resources, wastewater treatment, site remediation, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibility
- Lead project execution from scoping through construction, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and drive project proposals and scope development.
- Design and optimize solutions in water resources, stormwater management, wastewater treatment, and remediation strategies.
- Prepare and submit permit applications; support regulatory compliance with EPA, TCEQ, and local authorities.
- Conduct environmental site assessments, risk evaluations, and due diligence for facilities and properties.
- Mentor junior engineers, review technical work, and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualification
- BS in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering; MS preferred; Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- 5+ years of professional environmental engineering experience, with emphasis on water resources, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (EPA, TCEQ), permitting processes, and environmental due diligence.
- Proficiency with GIS (ArcGIS), AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling tools (HEC-RAS, SWMM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience delivering technically sound reports, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.
