GreenPath Engineering is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead sustainable solutions for our industrial and municipal clients in the greater Austin area. You will drive multidisciplinary projects focused on water quality, waste management, and site remediation, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and delivering tangible environmental outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage environmental engineering projects from scope to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Design and optimize water treatment, wastewater, and stormwater systems for municipal and industrial clients.
- Prepare and submit regulatory permit applications; coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Perform site assessments, risk analyses, and remediation planning with a data-driven approach.
- Develop environmental monitoring plans and analyze field data to drive actionable insights.
- Create technical reports, drawings, and designs using CAD/BIM and GIS tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Support business development through client engagement, proposals, and presentations.
Qualification
- B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Engineering or a related field; PE license preferred or actively pursuing.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in environmental engineering, water/wastewater treatment, or remediation.
- Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in CAD/GIS software, hydraulic modeling, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB).
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven project management abilities and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for site visits and client engagements.
