GreenNova Environmental Solutions is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer - Water Resources to lead innovative projects that protect waterways and support sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibility
- Lead water resources projects from scoping through design, permitting, and construction oversight.
- Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models to support flood risk assessments and stormwater management strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory submissions (NEPA/CEQA where applicable).
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations; monitor risk and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct field investigations, data collection, and site assessments to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff; promote professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Advise on sustainability measures, innovative treatment technologies, and adaptive management plans.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer PE license in Washington or ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water resources, permitting, and site development.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS (ArcGIS), and hydraulic modeling software (HEC-RAS, SWMM).
- Strong written and verbal communication; experience with client interaction and report writing.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Clean Water Act, NEPA/CEQA understanding).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
