Join Woodlands Health as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Clinical Feedback and Medico-Legal Operations. This 5-month contract role focuses on managing medico-legal cases, clinical feedback workflows, and safety governance to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across services. You will partner with clinical teams, risk, legal, and patient experience to analyze cases, document findings, and facilitate timely escalations while maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy in line with Singapore requirements.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end case intake, coordinating medico-legal reviews, producing investigation reports, tracking key metrics, and supporting risk mitigation initiatives. Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end intake, triage, and documentation of medico-legal clinical feedback cases to ensure timely escalation.
  • Coordinate medico-legal reviews with clinicians, risk, legal, and patient experience teams; ensure accurate, timely action plans.
  • Produce concise investigation reports, summaries, and recommended actions; maintain comprehensive case tracking.
  • Monitor key metrics and trends in clinical feedback to identify opportunities for quality improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements; manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (police, insurers, legal counsel) as needed and support clear, professional communications.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical feedback processes, governance models, and patient-safety initiatives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field; or equivalent experience in medico-legal or clinical risk management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medico-legal case management, clinical risk, or patient safety within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and privacy requirements (PDPA).
  • Experience with incident reporting, root cause analysis, and clinical governance processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear investigation reports and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to manage multiple cases under pressure.
  • Proficiency with hospital information systems, case management tools, and MS Office; fluent in English.
