Responsibility

  • Lead development and execution of parking related business growth strategies, including new revenue streams and partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes, from market scoping and bid strategy to proposal writing and closing deals.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with parking operators, municipalities, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, forecast revenue, and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Prepare compelling value propositions, client presentations, and negotiation terms to win high-value contracts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and market entry strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, expanding network and pipeline.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or tender management, ideally in parking, mobility, or B2B services.
  • Proven track record of winning tenders and closing high-value deals in Malaysia or the wider region.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluent in English; Malay or Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics; strong MS Office and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and capable of working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
