Responsibility

  • Conduct confidential coaching sessions with C-suite and senior leaders to align on personal and business goals, performance gaps, and action plans.
  • Develop customized coaching plans with clear milestones and measurable success metrics.
  • Facilitate one-to-one and small-group coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats that accelerate leadership development.
  • Collaborate with client sponsors, HR, and stakeholders to define success criteria and maintain ongoing engagement.
  • Manage multiple engagements, maintain project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of coaching curricula, tools, and processes to scale impact across client organizations.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in psychology, organizational development, business, or a related field; or equivalent coaching experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of executive coaching or senior leadership development experience with diverse industries.
  • Certification in coaching (ICF PCC/ACC, ICF DCC, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Exceptional active listening, powerful questioning, and feedback delivery with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven track record of helping senior leaders achieve measurable business outcomes, culture changes, or performance improvements.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience designing impactful workshops and learning journeys.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams; comfortable with a hybrid/remote model.
