As a Senior Executive Coach, you will design and deliver tailored coaching engagements, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our coaching methodology and thought leadership.

Responsibility
- Conduct confidential coaching sessions with C-suite and senior leaders to align on personal and business goals, performance gaps, and action plans.
- Develop customized coaching plans with clear milestones and measurable success metrics.
- Facilitate one-to-one and small-group coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats that accelerate leadership development.
- Collaborate with client sponsors, HR, and stakeholders to define success criteria and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Manage multiple engagements, maintain project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of coaching curricula, tools, and processes to scale impact across client organizations.
- Track progress, synthesize insights, and present outcomes and recommendations to executives and sponsors.
Qualification
- Master's degree in psychology, organizational development, business, or a related field; or equivalent coaching experience.
- Minimum 7 years of executive coaching or senior leadership development experience with diverse industries.
- Certification in coaching (ICF PCC/ACC, ICF DCC, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Exceptional active listening, powerful questioning, and feedback delivery with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven track record of helping senior leaders achieve measurable business outcomes, culture changes, or performance improvements.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience designing impactful workshops and learning journeys.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams; comfortable with a hybrid/remote model.
