PeakMinds Coaching Group is seeking a Senior Executive Coach to partner with C-suite leaders and high-potential executives. This role blends one-on-one coaching with strategic leadership development programs, helping clients achieve measurable business and personal growth. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record guiding leaders through transformation, a premium client mindset, and a global, virtual-first delivery approach. This is a full-time role based in New York, with hybrid options and a competitive package.
As a key member of our coaching faculty, you will design bespoke coaching engagements, run Diagnostics, and collaborate with HR and L&D to strengthen leadership pipelines. You will coach across industries with emphasis on decision quality, emotional intelligence, and sustainable change.

Responsibility
- Deliver executive coaching sessions to C-suite and senior leaders, using evidence-based frameworks to drive measurable outcomes.
- Co-create customized coaching plans with clear goals, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business strategy.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and group coaching cohorts, including onboarding and program evaluation.
- Utilize tools and assessments (psychometrics, 360 feedback, etc.) to inform coaching and development strategies.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and sponsoring executives to ensure alignment with organizational culture and talent strategy.
- Measure impact and prepare concise, outcomes-focused coaching reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior coaches; contribute to the firm's knowledge base and playbooks.
- Demonstrate ethical practice, confidentiality, and adherence to ICF or equivalent professional standards.
Qualification
- ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent accredited coaching certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level coaching experience with executives and high-potential leaders.
- Proven track record delivering tangible leadership development outcomes in global organizations.
- Strong coaching presence, active listening, powerful questioning, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience working with diverse clients across industries; comfortable delivering virtual and in-person sessions.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in business, psychology, or related field.
- Familiarity with coaching frameworks (GROW, OSKAR), psychometrics (MBTI, Hogan, EQ-i), and data-driven impact measurement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to operate with autonomy and integrity.
