\nAs a core member of our coaching team, you will design customized coaching engagements, guide leadership transitions, and foster learning cultures within client organizations. You will contribute to our coaching methodology and help scale programs across industries.
Responsibility

- Partner with executives to design and implement tailored coaching engagements aligned with business objectives. \n
- Facilitate 1:1 coaching sessions, assessments, and development plans for leaders at various levels. \n
- Guide leadership transitions, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives. \n
- Develop and deliver group facilitation and leadership training programs for teams. \n
- Measure impact with defined metrics, dashboards, and client feedback loops to demonstrate ROI. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional consultants to scale coaching programs and share best practices. \n
- Maintain highest ethical standards and confidentiality in line with ICF guidelines. \n
Qualification

- ICF credential (PCC or MCC) or equivalent advanced coaching certification. \n
- 5+ years of professional executive coaching experience with C-suite or VP-level clients. \n
- Proven track record delivering measurable leadership development outcomes. \n
- Deep knowledge of leadership models, emotional intelligence, and organizational behavior. \n
- Exceptional listening, questioning, and facilitation skills. \n
- Bachelor's degree; master's preferred in business, psychology, or related field. \n
- Ability to work across multiple industries and across cultures; willingness to travel as needed. \n
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect coaching outcomes to organizational goals. \n
