Responsibility
- Lead and manage high-impact coaching engagements with C-suite and senior leaders, delivering measurable leadership development outcomes.
- Co-create bespoke leadership development programs and tools, aligning with client strategy and culture.
- Design, facilitate, and synthesize coaching conversations, 360s, and feedback mechanisms to accelerate growth.
- Partner with clients to set development goals, track progress, and report on impact against predefined metrics.
- Mentor and support junior coaches, expanding internal coaching capability and consistency across engagements.
- Contribute to thought leadership, program design, and scalable coaching frameworks for diverse industries.
- Maintain a robust portfolio of client engagements, ensuring quality, confidentiality, and professional standards.
- Stay current with coaching methodologies, leadership trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve delivery.
Qualification
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Organizational Development, Business) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of executive coaching or senior leadership development experience with measurable impact.
- Strong certification or credentialing in coaching (e.g., ICF ACC/ PCC/ MCC, EMCC) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work with executives at the highest levels, including strategy alignment and cultural transformation.
- Excellent active listening, questioning, and interpersonal skills; exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable programs, tools, and assessments; comfort with data-driven impact measurement.
- High integrity, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential client relationships.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple time zones.
