As a key member of our coaching team, you will leverage evidence based methodologies, thoughtful questioning, and customized frameworks to help clients unlock leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and achieve ambitious goals.
Responsibility
- Conduct one on one coaching sessions with executives and high potential professionals to uncover blind spots and unlock leadership growth
- Design and implement personalized development plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
- Facilitate leadership development programs and team workshops to scale leadership capacity across client organizations
- Utilize assessment tools including 360s and psychometrics to diagnose strengths and growth areas
- Provide ongoing accountability, progress tracking, and performance reporting to clients and stakeholders
- Partner with sponsors and HR to align coaching with business strategy and talent goals
- Maintain rigorous client records, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines while delivering premium coaching experiences
Qualification
- 8+ years of coaching or leadership development experience with a track record of delivering results
- ICF or equivalent coaching certification from a recognized program
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders across industries
- Excellent active listening, questioning, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a solutions oriented mindset
- Experience designing and delivering group coaching and workshops
- Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements with autonomy and professionalism
