BrightPath Coaching Collective is expanding its team of elite coaches. We are seeking a Senior Executive Coach who partners with senior leaders to unlock potential and drive sustainable performance.
As a trusted advisor, you will design and deliver confidential coaching engagements, facilitate experiential learning, and help clients translate insights into measurable outcomes across teams and organizations.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver coaching engagements for C-suite and senior leaders, including goal setting, action planning, and progress tracking.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to diagnose leadership gaps and align coaching with strategic priorities.
- Facilitate group workshops and off-sites to accelerate leadership capability across teams.
- Utilize validated assessment tools (360s, personality assessments) to inform coaching plans.
- Track outcomes, measure ROI, and provide data-driven reporting to stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior coaches, contribute to internal knowledge resources and coaching playbooks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ICF ethical standards.
Qualification
- Master's degree in psychology, organizational development, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of coaching experience with senior executives; track record of driving measurable leadership growth.
- ICF credential PCC or MCC preferred.
- Strong facilitation, listening, questioning, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with coaching methodologies (GROW model, Appreciative Inquiry) and assessment tools (360s, MBTI, Hogan, etc.).
- Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate insights into action.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work across multiple time zones; remote-friendly.
- Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
