Responsibility
- Design and deliver customized executive coaching engagements for C-suite and senior executives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define development goals, success metrics, and coaching agendas for each program.
- Facilitate 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions using evidence-based methodologies and practical tools.
- Monitor progress with metrics, dashboards, and client feedback; adapt plans to maximize impact.
- Coach leaders on strategic communication, change management, high-performance teamwork, and resilience.
- Mentor associate coaches and contribute to program development, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to design scalable programs and grow client portfolios.
- Maintain confidential client records, ensure ethical standards, and protect client privacy.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Coaching, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional coaching with proven impact on leadership performance.
- ICF, EMCC, or equivalent credentials (ACC, PCC, or senior level preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver coaching interventions across diverse industries.
- Exceptional listening, questioning, feedback, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience with coaching tools, assessments, and development planning; proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person engagements; remote work optional.
