In this role, you will design and deliver bespoke coaching programs, facilitate immersive workshops, and partner with HR and talent leaders to align coaching with business strategy. This is a remote-friendly role with optional hybrid options in New York.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver customized coaching engagements for senior leaders to drive measurable performance improvements.
- Facilitate executive coaching sessions and workshops, adapting to diverse leadership styles.
- Partner with HR and talent leaders to align coaching with business strategy and talent pipelines.
- Track progress using evidence-based coaching frameworks and metrics.
- Publish leadership development resources and contribute to client success stories.
- Mentor junior coaches and contribute to the firm’s coaching methodologies.
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in executive coaching or leadership development in corporate or consulting settings.
- Proven track record of helping executives achieve measurable performance improvements.
- Strong assessment skills and experience with coaching tools (e.g., 360s, ROI analytics).
- Excellent active listening, powerful questioning, and rapport-building abilities.
- Comfort with designing and delivering workshops and group coaching programs.
- ICF accreditation or equivalent coaching certification preferred.
- Ability to work with senior leaders across industries and time zones.
