We are seeking a Senior Executive Coach to design and deliver high-impact coaching programs, drive measurable outcomes, and contribute to our growing roster of partners.
As a key member of our coaching team, you will partner with senior leaders to unlock potential, accelerate performance, and cultivate resilient, adaptive leadership practices in fast-paced organizations. This role offers a path to influencing leadership cultures across diverse industries and a opportunity to mentor emerging coaches.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver individualized coaching engagements for C-suite and senior executives, aligning with business strategy and culture.
- Facilitate large and small group coaching sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Assess client needs using validated tools, 360 feedback, and performance metrics to tailor interventions.
- Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Create and maintain coaching plans, progress reports, and success metrics for each engagement.
- Contribute to thought leadership content and client-facing materials to showcase impact.
- Mentor junior coaches and contribute to a strong, collaborative coaching culture.
- Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional practice in all interactions.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional coaching experience with a proven track record of executive impact
- Certified coach with recognized credentials (ICF ACC/ PCC or equivalent)
- Strong business acumen and ability to work with senior executives and board-level sponsors
- Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills; high emotional intelligence
- Experience designing and delivering development programs and leadership assessments
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and adapt to diverse industries
- Collaborative mindset, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to New York City or NYC metro area
