Lumina Coaching Collective is seeking a Senior Executive Coach to partner with high-performing leaders across industries to unlock potential and drive transformative outcomes. This role blends one-on-one coaching, leadership development design, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
As a trusted advisor, you will assess client needs, tailor coaching journeys, and collaborate with HR and L&D teams to scale impactful programs across client organizations.

Responsibility
- Lead 1:1 executive coaching engagements with C-suite and senior leaders to accelerate performance and growth.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching curricula, and experiential workshops.
- Conduct diagnostics to identify development needs; build tailored coaching roadmaps and success metrics.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions, peer learning cohorts, and leadership retreats.
- Partner with clients to implement actionable development plans and track outcomes with KPI dashboards.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support succession planning and talent development strategies.
- Uphold ethical coaching standards, maintain client confidentiality, and document progress and insights.
Qualification
- ICF accredited credential (PCC or MCC) or equivalent senior coaching certification.
- Minimum 7 years of coaching or leadership development experience with executive-level clients.
- Proven ability to design scalable coaching programs and measure impact.
- Strong facilitation, active listening, powerful questioning, and feedback skills.
- Experience across multiple industries with a track record of driving measurable performance improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20 percent and adapt to client schedules across time zones.
