Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one executive coaching sessions for senior leaders to drive measurable performance outcomes.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and cohorts with practical tools and frameworks.
  • Utilize assessment tools (e.g., 360 feedback, CliftonStrengths, MBTI) to tailor coaching plans to individual and business needs.
  • Partner with HR and Talent leaders to align coaching initiatives with business strategy, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Measure impact through metrics, dashboards, and client feedback; report ROI to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions; adapt to remote, hybrid, and in-person formats.
  • Build and maintain a robust client pipeline; manage scheduling, proposals, and engagements with professionalism.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or a related field; master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering executive and leadership coaching to C-suite and senior leaders.
  • ICF credential (ACC or PCC) or equivalent, with ongoing professional development.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in leadership performance and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, powerful questioning, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with coaching tools and assessments (360, CliftonStrengths, MBTI) and translating insights into actions.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to influence at the highest levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
