NorthStar Coaching Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Executive Coach to join our Seattle-based team. This full-time role focuses on partnering with C-suite and senior leaders to unlock peak performance, cultivate resilient leadership, and drive strategic outcomes.
As a trusted advisor, you will design bespoke coaching engagements, deliver powerful 1:1 sessions, and facilitate practical development that translates into tangible business impact. You will operate in a hybrid environment, collaborating with HR, talent leaders, and cross-functional executives to align coaching initiatives with organizational goals.

Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one executive coaching sessions for senior leaders to drive measurable performance outcomes.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs and cohorts with practical tools and frameworks.
- Utilize assessment tools (e.g., 360 feedback, CliftonStrengths, MBTI) to tailor coaching plans to individual and business needs.
- Partner with HR and Talent leaders to align coaching initiatives with business strategy, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Measure impact through metrics, dashboards, and client feedback; report ROI to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions; adapt to remote, hybrid, and in-person formats.
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline; manage scheduling, proposals, and engagements with professionalism.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or a related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering executive and leadership coaching to C-suite and senior leaders.
- ICF credential (ACC or PCC) or equivalent, with ongoing professional development.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in leadership performance and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, active listening, powerful questioning, and high emotional intelligence.
- Experience with coaching tools and assessments (360, CliftonStrengths, MBTI) and translating insights into actions.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to influence at the highest levels.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
