This role blends one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and live workshops with a focus on accountability and measurable progress.

As a key member of our coaching team, you will work with high-potential clients across industries, helping them define vision, set strategic goals, and execute action plans. You will also contribute to program design, client acquisition, and thought leadership through workshops and events.

Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to establish clear goals and milestones, and tailor coaching plans accordingly.
  • Design and deliver customized coaching programs using evidence-based frameworks (GROW, SMART, etc.).
  • Facilitate group coaching sessions and live workshops to scale impact and share best practices.
  • Track client progress with metrics, provide accountability, and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align coaching with organizational development goals.
  • Maintain rigorous confidentiality and ethical standards, ensuring a safe coaching environment.
  • Contribute to program development and thought leadership through content creation and seminars.
  • Support client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management to grow a sustainable coaching practice.

Qualification

  • ICF-accredited or equivalent coaching certification (ACC/PCC) with 3+ years of coaching experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable personal and professional growth.
  • Excellent active listening, powerful questioning, and transformative feedback skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills for 1:1 and group sessions; comfortable delivering workshops.
  • Ability to manage a diverse client portfolio with excellent time management and organization.
  • High ethical standards, client confidentiality, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
