Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, prioritize meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and document control.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners; screen inquiries and respond professionally.
- Prepare materials for board meetings, draft minutes, and maintain action trackers.
- Support budgeting, expense reporting, and vendor coordination with accuracy and discretion.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive secretary or high-level administrative assistant.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident professional presence.
- Discrete with a commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
