As a leader in our design studio, you will collaborate with product, fabric sourcing, and marketing to craft compelling stories, drive trend forecasting, and ensure flawless fit and finish across men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and accessories.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for multiple seasonal collections, from concept through development and final delivery.
- Create concept boards, mood stories, color palettes, and fabric direction aligned with brand positioning.
- Develop tech packs, sketches, CAD flats, and specimen instructions to ensure accurate samples.
- Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to manage fit, grading, and quality across all products.
- Present design proposals to senior leadership and cross-functional partners; incorporate feedback with speed and precision.
- Mentor junior designers, interns, and freelancers to sustain design excellence and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a rigorous calendar, ensuring on-time sample milestones, approvals, and delivery dates.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or MFA in Fashion Design or related field from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of design experience in fashion, with a strong portfolio across ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD tooling; familiarity with 3D tools a plus.
- Strong knowledge of textiles, fabric drape, color theory, and patternmaking; experience with tech packs and fit development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong trend forecasting abilities and a keen eye for premium craftsmanship and storytelling.
- Willingness to travel for fittings, showroom presentations, and supplier visits as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
