Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for seasonal collections, from concept to final product
  • Translate concept boards into technical flats, color stories, and mood developments
  • Collaborate with product development, production, and merchandising to ensure on time delivery and quality standards
  • Create and manage CAD files, tech packs, fit sessions, and measurement charts
  • Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction during fittings
  • Stay ahead of market trends, fabrics, and sustainability practices, incorporating them into collections
  • Present design rationale to senior leadership and cross functional teams
  • Partner with suppliers and studios for samples, fittings, and approvals

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion design or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in fashion design with a strong portfolio across womenswear and menswear
  • Proficiency in CAD tools with expert use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with pattern software such as Lectra or Gerber is a plus
  • Strong understanding of fabric, trim, and construction; hands on pattern making or draping skills
  • Excellent sense of color, print, and trend forecasting
  • Experience managing product development timelines, fittings, and tech packs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present design concepts clearly
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to travel for lookbooks and showroom meetings
