NovaWear Studio is seeking a Senior Fashion Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, product launches, and performance marketing across our premium apparel line. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a fashion-forward marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Based in New York, you will partner with design, e-commerce, and retail teams to deliver compelling campaigns that elevate the brand and accelerate growth.
Responsibility
- Develop and own multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, social, PR, events) for the fashion line.
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and seasonal storytelling with cross-functional teams.
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics, adjust tactics, and provide insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with design and merchandising to ensure brand consistency and assortment strategy.
- Oversee content creation, including copy, visuals, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure brand voice aligns with luxury fashion positioning and compliance.
Qualification
- 5+ years of fashion marketing, brand management, or e-commerce experience.
- Proven track record in driving growth for premium fashion brands.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and influencer marketing.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or Power BI and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to craft compelling brand stories.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business or related field.
