Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and events.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Manage budget, forecast ROI, and measure performance with dashboards and analytics.
- Build and nurture influencer partnerships and affiliate programs to drive awareness and sales.
- Oversee content calendar and collaborate with creative teams to produce high quality assets.
- Lead market research to identify opportunities in the US and international markets.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance marketing culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of fashion marketing or brand management experience, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities; experience working across design, e commerce, and merchandising.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns on time.
- Deep knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and luxury/mid-luxury positioning.
- Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and paid media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
