Responsibility

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute fossil energy projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream segments.
  • Develop and validate reservoir models and simulations to optimize recovery and production forecasting.
  • Lead design and optimization of drilling, completions, and production operations for new and mature assets.
  • Assess reservoir performance, conduct economic analyses, and support capital budgeting and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with geoscience, operations, and commercial teams to translate technical results into actionable business strategies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; professional engineer license preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in fossil energy projects (upstream, midstream, or integrated operations).
  • Strong competency in reservoir engineering, simulation (Petrel, Eclipse, OFM, etc.), or process optimization tools.
  • Proven project management experience with complex multi-disciplinary initiatives and budget accountability.
  • Solid knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices; Commitment to safe operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to influence at all levels.
