As a Senior Fossil Energy Engineer, you will lead technical delivery, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering value to our assets.

Responsibility
- Lead reservoir optimization and production engineering initiatives across assigned assets to improve recovery and reduce downtime.
- Develop and review facilities designs, process simulations, and capital project scopes to meet safety and efficiency targets.
- Perform data-driven analysis using reservoir models, production forecasting, and performance dashboards.
- Manage technical risk, HSE compliance, and regulatory reporting for all asset activities.
- Collaborate with drilling, geoscience, and field operations to optimize well performance and ensure asset integrity.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, prepare technical tender documentation, and support procurement and commissioning.
- Mentor junior engineers, drive knowledge sharing, and contribute to process improvements and asset stewardship.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of fossil energy experience in reservoir or production engineering, with a track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency with reservoir simulation software and data analytics tools such as Eclipse, CMG, Python, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of upstream operations, facilities engineering, and HSE standards.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required and work on-site at Houston-area assets.
