NorthBridge Energy is seeking a Senior Fossil Energy Engineer to join our Houston team. In this role you will lead critical projects across conventional oil and gas operations, reservoir development, and ongoing optimization initiatives. You will work closely with drilling, facilities, and commercial teams to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional project teams from scoping to execution for fossil energy projects in onshore and offshore environments.
- Conduct reservoir characterization, production forecasting, and optimization strategies to maximize recovery and value.
- Develop and review feasibility studies, economic models, and risk assessments for capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures across all project phases.
- Collaborate with drilling, completions, facilities, and commercial teams to align technical plans with business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership for digital tools, data analytics, and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and safety.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fossil energy projects, including reservoir engineering or production optimization.
- Strong understanding of reservoir management, Enhanced Oil Recovery methods, and surface facility design.
- Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and schedule control.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with industry software (OFM/ Eclipse / Petrel or similar), data analytics, and MS Office; programming experience a plus.
