We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who can design and implement delightful user experiences, collaborate closely with product and design, and help shape our engineering culture as we scale.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Responsibility
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable frontend features using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features from conception to production.
- Lead code reviews, establish UI patterns, ensure accessibility (a11y) and performance.
- Implement robust testing strategies (unit/integration) and monitor quality with CI/CD.
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical roadmap, and improve developer experience.
- Instrument telemetry, analyze usage data, and optimize load times and performance.
- Write clear documentation and promote best practices across the team.
Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend development experience, preferably in startups or high-velocity teams.
- Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS; experience with CSS-in-JS and responsive design.
- Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs; familiarity with modern state management.
- Solid testing experience (Jest, RTL) and knowledge of accessible, inclusive UI.
- Experience with build tooling, Webpack/Vite, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; startup mindset with bias for action.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus: experience with analytics, A/B testing, and design systems.
