Responsibility
- Lead geological site investigations, mapping, and sample collection for exploration projects.
- Analyze geophysical, geochemical, and core sample data to assess mineralization potential.
- Guide and mentor junior geologists, providing technical leadership and support.
- Develop geological models and reports utilizing advanced GIS and 3D modelling software.
- Collaborate with environmental scientists and project managers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Present key findings, recommendations, and risk assessments to stakeholders and clients.
- Design and implement efficient exploration programs in alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years' professional experience in mineral exploration or resource development.
- Extensive proficiency in GIS, modeling, and geostatistical analysis tools.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in field environments as required.
- Professional Geologist (PG) licensure preferred.
