TerraNova Geoscience is seeking a Senior Geologist in Denver, CO to lead geological modeling, field campaigns, and multi-disciplinary projects in exploration and environmental settings. You will integrate data from mapping, core logging, and geophysical surveys to deliver robust geological interpretations and actionable recommendations.

Responsibility
- Lead field-based mapping, logging, and sampling campaigns for mineral, hydrogeology, and environmental projects.
- Develop and interpret geological models using Leapfrog, ArcGIS, Move, and Petrel; integrate drill core, geochemistry, and geophysics data.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets; coordinate with cross-functional teams and field technicians.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, maps, and client presentations; communicate complex results clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ensure data quality and QA/QC of geological datasets; uphold safety and regulatory compliance in the field and office.
- Support business development through proposals, technical briefs, and client meetings.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related field; PhD preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Geologist (PG) license or ability to obtain in Colorado within 12 months.
- Strong proficiency in ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Move, and geological data management; experience with Petra or Petrel a plus.
- Demonstrated field geology experience, including mapping, stratigraphy, core logging, and sampling in challenging environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication; evidenced ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven project leadership and teamwork skills; able to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 25%.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to comply with safety standards and field protocols.
