Responsibility

  • Lead field investigations, sampling, and geological mapping for exploration and environmental projects.

  • Interpret and integrate data from geology, geophysics, hydrogeology, and geochemistry to produce robust models.

Qualification

  • Master of Science in Geology or Earth Sciences; PhD preferred for senior leadership track.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in mineral exploration, mining, or environmental geology.
  • Proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS) and geological modeling software; strong data management skills.
  • Experience with resource estimation frameworks (JORC, NI 43-101) and exploration planning.
  • Fieldwork experience in diverse terrains; strong safety mindset and certifications (OSHA, H2S).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare compelling reports and client-facing presentations.
  • Ability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally as required.
