Responsibility
- Lead exploration programs, geological mapping, and sampling campaigns across assigned districts.
- Interpret field observations, laboratory data, and drill results to develop robust resource models.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and regulatory reporting; ensure compliance and QA/QC of data.
- Supervise field crews, coordinate logistics, and enforce safety best practices on site.
- Collaborate with GIS and modeling teams to produce geologic maps, cross-sections, and 3D models.
- Prepare technical reports, consultant briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge management by updating databases and maintaining metadata integrity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in mineral exploration, sedimentology, or structural geology.
- Proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS), 3D modeling, and basic geostatistics.
- Experience with drill programs, core logging, and stratigraphic interpretation.
- Strong communication, technical writing, and data presentation skills.
- Ability to work in remote field environments; valid driver's license and mobility for travel.
- Safety-conscious mindset and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
