Responsibility
- Lead field based geological mapping and logging of rock units structures and alteration to build robust stratigraphic frameworks
- Develop and validate geological models for mineral resources using industry standard software
- Design and oversee sampling programs QA QC and data management to ensure data integrity
- Integrate geological data with geophysics hydrogeology and environmental datasets to support holistic resource assessments
- Prepare technical reports resource estimates and presentation materials in line with NI 43-101 or JORC guidelines
- Manage project budgets timelines and safety protocols for field campaigns and office work
- Mentor junior staff coordinate with clients regulatory agencies and external consultants as required
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Geology or related field; Master preferred
- 5+ years in mineral exploration or related geology roles
- Proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS or QGIS) and geological modelling software such as Leapfrog or Geovia
- Strong knowledge of QA QC sampling and assay data management and experience with NI 43-101 or JORC reporting
- Excellent field mapping skills and ability to work in remote environments
- Strong reporting written and verbal communication and client engagement skills
- Valid driver's license willingness to travel and work adaptable hours
