Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery for branding, packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain cohesive brand systems, style guides, and reusable design components.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to translate strategy into visuals that drive engagement.
  • Prepare print-ready files and scalable digital assets optimized for web, social, and advertising.
  • Mentor and review work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Present concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-driven insights.
  • Ensure accessibility, typography, and color accuracy across all materials.
  • Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with strong branding focus.
  • Portfolio demonstrating branding systems, packaging, print, and digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; experience with After Effects is a plus.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
