LuminaForge Creative is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in San Francisco, CA. We blend art and strategy to craft memorable brands across digital and print. This role challenges you to lead visual storytelling, elevate design systems, and collaborate cross functionally with marketing and product teams. As part of our design team, you will own end to end design from concept to final production, mentor junior designers, and ensure top notch quality and consistency across all channels.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute brand identity projects from concept to final production
- Create and refine visual systems including typography, color palettes, and grids
- Design marketing collateral, digital campaigns, social assets, and packaging
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams; present concepts to stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure design consistency across channels and production readiness
- Contribute to design reviews and maintain design documentation
Qualification
- 8+ years experience in graphic design or brand design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and digital visuals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Solid knowledge of typography, grid systems, color theory
- Experience designing for web and print with accessibility in mind
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Bachelor degree in Design or related field preferred
