Lumina Studio is a premium creative studio delivering standout brand identities and digital experiences for leading brands. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who blends aesthetics with strategic thinking to craft visuals that move audiences.
In this role, you will own design initiatives from concept through delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers to elevate project outcomes.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute visual concepts for branding, packaging, and digital campaigns
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery while preserving brand integrity
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to align on strategy
- Create design systems, typography, and UI components for consistency across touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Present work to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and maintain high quality
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and digital design
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience with design systems and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
