In this role, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, scalable HR solutions in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, and compliance.

Location: New York City, hybrid work arrangement available.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end recruitment processes for multiple client teams, from job posting and screening to offers and onboarding.
- Partner with leaders to design and implement people programs, policies, and practices that align with business goals.
- Administer onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Manage performance management cycles, provide coaching to managers, and support development plans.
- Address employee relations matters with sound judgment, confidentiality, and compliance with laws and company policies.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate HR metrics, and provide data driven insights to leadership.
- Oversee benefits administration and leave processes in collaboration with Payroll and Finance.
- Ensure HR processes comply with local regulations and company policies, maintaining auditable records.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a corporate environment or staffing agency.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Proven experience with recruitment and talent acquisition using modern sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; solid data analytics skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain high ethical standards.
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
