In this role, you will design and administer strategic HR programs, guide managers on performance, policy, and employee relations, and ensure our HR operations scale with growth. You will own end-to-end talent processes, from onboarding to offboarding, and partner with payroll and benefits teams to deliver a top-tier employee experience.

Responsibility

  • Develop and administer HR programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, including screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Manage benefits administration and coordinate with payroll, leaves, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and promote an inclusive culture.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of HR generalist or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors) and data privacy.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience with benefits administration, payroll liaison, and regulatory compliance (federal, state, local).
